Service Programs

Bad actor program

A seal can be described as a bad actor for many different reasons. But it always involves the fact that the seal does not meet technical and / or financial expectations. The essential aim of a Bad Actor Program is to identify and analyze critical sealing points, and to develop and implement improvements.

Scope

  • Identification of bad actors
  • Definition of aims and introduction of improvements
  • Accompanying training and supervision
  • Progress monitoring and documentation

The benefits to you

  • Increased system availability
  • Increased system reliability
  • Improved cost/benefit ratio

Repair class program

From identification of the need for a repair through to implementation and return, there are often several steps to the procurement process. The Repair Class Program reduces the process chain to a few individual steps, sets out the scope of the service and what it should cost. The significant benefits of this are saved time, low transaction costs, and a clearly-structured repair process.

Scope

  • Processing of repair orders
  • Documentation

The benefits to you

  • Increased system availability
  • Increased system reliability
  • Improved cost/benefit ratio

Individual program

A few customers require different services at different times. Other customers are looking for tailored cooperation with existing service structures. EagleBurgmann service programs are not rigid structures. Our “Everything is Possible” Individual Program creates a framework for services based on customer-specific requirements.

Scope

  • Services and workflows are oriented precisely to individual requirements

The benefits to you

  • Individual agreements for special requirements
  • Flexible agreements
