Service Programs

A seal can be de­scribed as a bad actor for many dif­fer­ent reasons. But it always involves the fact that the seal does not meet tech­ni­cal and / or fi­nan­cial ex­pec­ta­tions. The es­sen­tial aim of a Bad Actor Program is to identify and analyze critical sealing points, and to develop and im­ple­ment im­prove­ments.

From iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of the need for a repair through to im­ple­men­ta­tion and return, there are often several steps to the pro­cure­ment process. The Repair Class Program reduces the process chain to a few in­di­vid­ual steps, sets out the scope of the service and what it should cost. The sig­nif­i­cant benefits of this are saved time, low trans­ac­tion costs, and a clearly-struc­tured repair process.

A reliable service partner for in­di­vid­u­ally-agreed services. The con­trac­tu­ally agreed col­lab­o­ra­tion ensures reliable planning and a focus on the long-term. Normally, specific measures relate to tech­ni­cal im­prove­ments aimed to extend the MTBF. Special arrange­ments are often made con­cern­ing in­ven­tory man­age­ment and on-site experts.

Similar to the Primary Source Program, the Fixed Fee Program provides in­di­vid­u­ally-agreed services to increase system avail­abil­ity and re­li­a­bil­ity, and to extend the MTBF. Fixed Fee Programs also include special agree­ments on target costs and billing for services.

A few cus­tomers require dif­fer­ent services at dif­fer­ent times. Other cus­tomers are looking for tailored co­op­er­a­tion with existing service struc­tures.
